We recommend sending in your enquiry form at least 10 before your ideal start date, or even earlier! This would give us enough time to get to know you, your business needs and requirements and therefore aim to provide the best service possible.
With over 7 years in the design and marketing world, we have designed our signature systems to bring you the most efficient and stress-free experience. You can expect your Social Media Graphics Design within 2 weeks, and other Graphics Design done within up to 3 weeks — provided we have everything we need when we need it. Please note, some projects take longer, while others less to create. This all depends on the project itself. So once we get more details about it, we can be more specific in terms of the delivery time frame.
We firmly believe that one size does not fit all in business — and that extends to our service offerings. Every project is different, which is why we don’t talk numbers until we know exactly what you need. To give you an idea of what to expect, our Custom Graphics Design and Social Media Management packages range between three and four-figure investments.
No, we don’t. Unfortunately, we do not, we only specialise in Social Media Management and Graphic Design for all different social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc.
Please note, we only offer design services for your eBooks, lead magnets, slides etc. Therefore, a copy of all materials must be provided by you.
Canva Templates – FAQ
These templates are quick and easy to edit in CANVA – a FREE online application. No paid Canva Pro subscription is required. Templates are optimized for Canva online edition, not the mobile app. Please use the online version of the app on your computer to access and edit this template for the best results. You can learn more about Canva at www.canva.com
If you have a FREE Canva account: Yes, you can change any font in a template to a font of your choosing from the Canva native fonts library.
If you have a Canva PRO subscription: Yes, you can change any font in a template to a font of your choosing from Canva native fonts library. If you have custom fonts, you can upload your fonts to your Brand Kit and use them in a template. This feature is available to Canva Pro, Canva for Enterprise, Canva for Education, and Canva for Nonprofits users only.
All our templates are fully customizable so you will be able to make changes to all the colors and make them suit your own branding and personality.
Due to licensing, stock photos and presentation mockups are not included with your purchase. Stock photos and mockup presentation slides are for template presentation purposes only.
When you purchase SM Bundle Skyrocket for Coaches, you will receive a PDF with the links to all the individual products in CANVA. These links will not expire and so you can download the PDF at your convenience whenever you need them. Once you download the PDF, simply click on “Use the Template” and you will be redirected to the Canva Source File where you will need to make a copy which will later appear in your Canva account.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided unless there’s a technical issue with a template that can’t be resolved.
